As part of the MWC 2016 Alcatel has introduced a number of new mobile devices. Among them - three smartphone available, each of which is equipped with a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with LED flash. According to the manufacturer, the new items are targeted primarily at the selfie lovers. POP 4 is the most affordable model among the new products. It is equipped with 5-inch display with a resolution of 1280x720 pixels, quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 clocked at 1.1 GHz, 1 GB RAM and 8 GB of internal memory and a slot for microSD-cards. The device was a place and an 8-megapixel main camera, all the major wireless modules and battery capacity of 2500 mAh.
POP 4+ is a little more advanced version of POP 4. It has the same processor and display resolution, but it is the last diagonal increased to 5.5 inches. Also it increased the amount of RAM - up to 1.5 GB, and the size of the drive - up to 16 GB.
The most powerful new feature is the POP 4S. This model is based on MediaTek Helio P10 processor and is equipped with 2 GB of RAM, built-in storage to 16GB, memory card slot and a 13-megapixel main camera. Resolution 5.5-inch display is 1920x1080 pixels. As a nice bonus, Alcatel has supplied the smartphone fingerprint scanner.
All new items initially operate target Android 6.0 base. On sale 4 POP, POP POP 4S 4+ and should be available in May this year. The cost of smartphones currently remains unknown.
